Hi Reader, You plan for the career. The retirement. The bucket list. What you don’t plan for is your body deciding it has other ideas. That’s exactly where my client Pansy was 3 months ago. For 13 years, she couldn’t shake the weight menopause left behind. At 62, her strength slipped away a little at a time — until a fall on a hiking trail in South Africa made it real. She hit her head, sat back in the truck, and thought: I think I just aged out of that. She’s an avid scuba diver. The idea of losing that — of becoming the diver who can’t keep up, who puts the group at risk — scared her more than almost anything. So she came to me. Three months later, Pansy is: Down a net of 11 lbs. She’s gained muscle and loss fat. 9.5 inches have disappeared. She’s squatting to the floor and standing back up without thinking about it She’s back to planning the dive trips she thought she’d lost. If you’ve ever felt like your body was holding you back from the life you want, I think you’ll see yourself in it. 👉 Watch Pansy’s full story HERE If her story sounds familiar — if you’re tired of wondering and ready to do something about it — I’d love to work with you too.
